Sales & Service Engineer


  • Build relationships with top accounts at all levels and with all functions.
  • Visit potential and existing customers
  • Identify customer’s needs, sales opportunities and suggest technical solutions foroptical metrology and production equipment.
  • Liase with customers to understand their requirements, providing optical solutions orsuggestion
  • Resolve customer service issues or difficulties.
  • Travel to customer sites to perform installations, training, calibrations, equipmentmoves, repairs, maintenance and other required product support services
  • Build and maintain expert level of product and application knowledge for severalTrioptics product lines


  • Degree/Master in Optics, Physics / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering
  • At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in optics industries.
  • Possess strong technical analysis and problem solving skills with a good skills inMicrosoft Office, MSA, Visual Basic, Visual C++
  • Practical knowledge of Trioptics instruments is a big plus
  • Background in optics and optical manufacturing preferred
