Upgrades & Accessories for OptiSpheric® IOL PRO 2
TRIOPTICS offers trays for in situ and in air measurement.
The in situ tray is designed in compliance with ISO 11979 and contains up to 100 lenses per batch.
It is also possible to make single lens testing with the OptiSpheric® IOL PRO 2. As the motorized cornea is already included with the instrument, only a simple wet cell is necessary. It is located on an adapted tray automatically centered on top of the motorized model cornea. This model eye can be provided with a heater in order to measure at 35°C.
TRIOPTICS offers various options for extending functionality and increasing effectiveness:
- Different types of cornea designs, e.g. with spherical aberrations of 0.1 µm, 0.13 µm, 0.17 µm, 0.2 µm and 0.28 µm
- Photopic eye filter
- Reference lenses for maintanance and Validation with one lens for MTF validation and four lenses for EFL Validation
Additional manual workstations are available for optimum integration of the measuring system into production:
Sortstation IOL
The IOL sorting station allows the simple, fast and safe execution of all work steps upstream and downstream of the measurement:
- Loading of the trays:
The ideal positioning of the lenses is easily visible thanks to optimum illumination. - Sorting of the lenses after the measurement:
The test results are automatically transferred to the display and made visible directly at the location of the samples. The fulfilment of the pass/fail criterion is displayed in a green/red color scheme and the reliable assignment of each lens is made possible
Workstation IOL
The Workstation IOL is a complete workplace in which the Sortstation IOL is integrated. With its storage space for unused trays and other accessories, the Workstation IOL keeps everything in order. Drawer inserts support safe and organized storage. With the corresponding holder, the in-situ trays can be easily and safely set up for drying.
